Holy Spirit Primary School is located on the northern edge of the City of Albury, in southern New South Wales. We are one of three Catholic Primary Schools in the town and we have a partnership with Xavier High School.
From somewhat humble beginnings in 1970 with 50 children and 3 teachers, our school has grown steadily to its present number of 340 students and 25 staff members. Our school is one of the most well-resourced in rural NSW.
The school aims to provide a broad-based education and a caring learning environment that will enable all children to realise their full potential in all aspects of their development. Our learning spaces and teaching philosophy are based on world-class research on how children learn best. As an organisation, we believe that all children are created with talents and are special individuals. Our job is to merely foster and develop these talents.
Community is at the heart of our school
We work closely with parents to create a holistic learning environment for students inside and outside of the classroom.
We have a team of highly-trained educators, who provide quality learning through empathy, curiosity and support.
At Holy Spirit, we support all of our students, staff and parents to embrace our vision.
We provide an inclusive Catholic learning community for all.
We inspire learning and achievement through respect, resilience, acceptance and equality.
We live out the Catholic faith by bearing witness to Jesus Christ.
We are an active, supportive and holisitc learning community that empowers all students to reach their full potential.

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians, past and present, of the lands of the Wiradjuri, Yorta Yorta, Walgalu and Ngarigo people, on whose lands our schools are built.
Long before us, they lived, loved and raised their children on these lands.
We also acknowledge all the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families in our community and acknowledge their physical and spiritual connections to the land.
We come together to learn, to share and to journey together.
